**Requests for Soldiers Discharge Documents (DD214) will need to start at the Indiana Department of Veterans' Affairs Website which is www.in.gov/dva. The State of Indiana has created a tracking system for increased privacy and security of these restricted documents. Once the request has been submitted online our office will receive it and determine if we do in fact have the document; if we do then with Photo ID and the appropriate supporting documentation in accordance with IC 10-17-2-4 we will release it.
